La Marzocco's most beautiful design is without doubt the FB/80. Feminine grace characterizes its flowing Italian lines. The rounded curves of its casing follow the technical aspects of the machine in a sophisticated manner. The stainless steel rail on its top is as subtle as its stainless steel base is sturdy.

This ‘work of art' can be customized by the owner. All options developed by La Marzocco and ESW are available for the FB/80. A special option is to personalize your machine by selecting it in any (RAL) colour your prefer.

Technically advanced

The engineers at La Marzocco enjoyed complete freedom in designing this top model. The FB/80 was built, incorporating the latest technical advancements and allowing only the smallest of tolerances. The nozzles - structures controlling the flow of liquid, are even made out of industrial ruby. No other substance shows so little deformation when exposed to the temperature range, present in an espresso machine. The nozzles measure exactly 0.6 mm!

Primary functions

• Dual boiler system: separate boilers for espresso and steam/tea water
• Saturated groups: unsurpassed thermal stability, due to a direct connection between boiler and group
• Digital display: user-friendly interface for programming temperature, shot, pre-infusion, extraction time, etc. An in-built weekly timer clock allows the machine to switch on or off automatically.
• Pre-heating: water entering the coffee boiler is pre-heated to ensure extremely high thermal stability
• P.I.D.: electronic control over espresso brewing temperature, with an accuracy up to 0.2˚ C
• Adjustable water temperature in tea boiler

Options

• Colour - All RAL colours available. This ‘graffiti edizione', by the way, is a one-off!
• PortaflonTM Portafilters and steampipe, make for easy cleaning
• Barista Lights - LED lighting provides higher visibility of the extraction process
• Auto steam - Steaming system stops automatically at the desired temperature
• High Legs - Makes for easy cleaning underneath the machine
