Especially the barista looking for a grinder for his brewbar(filter) and other slow coffee brewing methods, the Vario Home is an ideal tool, that will allow him to achieve the ideal grinding degree in no time at all. The grinder has a wide range - from very fine to very coarse.
Professionals use the Vario Home not only for brewing slow coffees but, like the Mazzer Mini, also as a second grinder for a ‘coffee of the week' next to the espresso machine.
For the home barista the Vario Home is an ideal grinder. In addition to the advantages this grinder has for the professional, the Vario Home boasts yet another ideal quality, that will especially benefit the home barista. This grind-on-demand device hardly leaves any residue of the grinding process between the burrs or at its mouth. This means, that pre-grinding to eliminate grinding residue isn't necessary.
