A Review by a London Coffee maker

 Op het Engelse  blogspot "Bean here, bean there" schrijft " London Coffee Maker" over zijn bevindingen in Amsterdam. Hij gaat  niet in detail in op alle adressen die hij heeft bezocht. Zaken die hem opvielen zijn de vele hendelgroepmachines, de zitcultuur in de koffiebars en het gebrek aan stikte filterkoffie protocollen. Onze Londenaar was het meest onder de indruk van Screaming Beans: 

"Finally, Screaming Beans - arguably the best espresso based coffee I had. They also offer SCAE barista accreditation, although their protocol for V60 may need a bit of an update.The day after I visited SB implemented a syphon bar. A nice theatherical move! And probably the best place for a brew in Amsterdam. That or Espressofabriek based on my experience at least."

Leuk te zien dat m'n favo (syphon) bar ook door buitenlanders wordt gezien als the best!
