Annemarie wordt Education Coordinator SCAE
Annemarie Tiemes, ons enige echte Zeeuwse SCAE koffiemeisje, heeft een belangrijke promotie gemaakt binnen de SCAE koffieorganisatie.
Na een korte procedure, tot 19 juli konden kandidaten solliciteren, viel vandaag het verlossende woord in London tijdens de laatste ronde van de selectiegesprekken. Annemarie gaat full-time aan de slag in een nieuwe functie: education coördnator SCAE*. Zij is daarmee verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van trainingsprogramma's van de SCAE binnen Europa en voor belangrijke evenementen wereldwijd.

EDUCATION COORDINATOR
The SCAE is looking for a highly motivated and well organised individual to develop and drive forward our education programme in Europe and worldwide.
The position will involve the promotion, organisation and supervision, but not delivery, of Authorised Trainer Licensed Courses, as well as all modules of the Coffee Diploma System at various locations around Europe and also at major events.
The Education Coordinator will report to the Executive Director and liaise closely with head office staff and also the Chair of the Education Committee and consultants working with the education programme. He or she will be required to understand the structure and content of the Coffee Diploma System and will have personal contact with Authorised Trainers to motivate them to deliver modules of the Coffee Diploma System.
The successful candidate will:
Be passionate about speciality coffee
Have a good coffee knowledge
Have a training/education background
Be fluent in at least three languages
Be willing to travel extensively
Be well organised with attention to detail
Be self motivated and able to work on their own
Be able to sell, promote and act as an ambassador for the SCAE and its education programme
Not be based at Head Office
Be available to start by the end of August
