Now, we have yet more proof that your cup of joe might not be the new hotness: a 1961 film called This Is Coffee made for the Coffee Brewing Institute, a trade organization headed by an MIT professor named E.E. Lockheart. It's got one of those typical old-fashioned narrators with an awesome, hypnotic voice, but it also shows brewing techniques (like how to use a siphon brewing system) that we usually only associate with new, hip coffee shops."
