Old-School Brewing Video

... with typical awesome hypnotic voice

On the blog of Bonappetit magazine you' ll find interesting discussions on food. Bonapetits post in a blog that ,,coffee culture as we know it today really emerged in the 1960s. Now, we have yet more proof that your cup of joe might not be the new hotness: a 1961 film called This Is Coffee made for the Coffee Brewing Institute, a trade organization headed by an MIT professor named E.E. Lockheart. It's got one of those typical old-fashioned narrators with an awesome, hypnotic voice, but it also shows brewing techniques (like how to use a siphon brewing system) that we usually only associate with new, hip coffee shops."
